2018 Journey with Enlightened Beings

LIST OF SUPPORTERS

THIỀN TRỊ LIỆU | Tâm lý trị liệu trên nền tảng Thiền Phật giáo

DISCLAIMER:
As of 18 Nov 2017, a sum of A$ 1,000 was delivered to Ashin Saraṇa for the Journey, planned tentatively in June 2018. Since then, any upcoming support for the trip is expected to advise Ven. Saraṇa directly via his email. On account of several unexpected issues, nun Joticandā is subjected to ensuring effective handover of the trip's responsibility to Ven. Saraṇa due to her [2018] future absence in Burma. Ven. Saraṇa has been said to undertake the trip before abiding in the solitary.

My heartfelt thanks would be sent to all supporters for your wholehearted concerns with our Dhamma projects so far.
May you all be happy and live at peace :)

'A Journey with Enlightened beings' that has been initiated by the NewPilgrim's idea of 'The Search for an Arahant' consists of 28-day pilgrimage to meditate and interview with 10-11 Burmese virtuous monks. 07 of them are so far 'believed' to attain anāgāmi stage and only speak Burmese; 02 others are the most Burmese respected Abhidhamma teachers who can speak in English and 02 representatives out of 14 up-to-date Burmese Tipiṭakadhara masters will be also invited for featuring the Burmese-English bilingual film. Ashin U Sarana, the Czech monk with around five years living in Burma can help communicate fluently in Burmese. He's also the one who has inquired the locals of the so-called "anāgāmi beings" in a quest for living Arhats on his journey towards liberation.

This Dhamma project, while promotes the true goal of Buddhism (nibbāna), promises a new outlook of Theravāda Buddhism and the balance between the Scriptures (pariyatti) and Practices (patipatti). Which is a missing infos in the West today (the fields of Buddhist studies and clinical tests in psycho-therapy) that ultimately aims to experientially realize the Four Noble Truths (pativedha) taught by Gautama Buddha over 2,560 years ago.

A documentary film story and a Q&A book will briefly depict the 28-day pilgrimage in present-day Burma, which shall be first sent to backers who support the project and later on, spread freely once the book-and-film translations will have been accomplished.

May all beings be well, happy, and live with Dhammā.
                                                                                 sādhu! sādhu! sādhu!
